Language Translations

Gemini will professionally translate the CCR and adjust the report design(s) to ensure a professional look. Gemini recommends publishing the CCR in a foreign language if it is spoken by more than 5% of the population in your service area.

Background: EPA’s CCR rule requires drinking water systems in communities with “a large proportion of consumers with Limited English Proficiency (LEP)” to provide the CCR in an appropriate language, or provide information on where to obtain translated copies or assistance.

ADA Compliance Service

Gemini will transform your digital CCR report to comply with the latest standards required by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This ensures that your CCR is accessible to all residents, including the visually impaired.

Background: On April 24, 2024, the Department of Justice’s final rule updating its regulations for Title II of the ADA was published. State and local governments must ensure that their web content (such as a CCR report) meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA Standard in 2026 or 2027.

Web Hosting

Gemini will host your CCR online at a custom and secure URL. The report will appear in a desktop and mobile-friendly, E-Book format. This service includes an optional droplet-shaped QR codes.

Good Faith Delivery

Gemini will execute an appropriate mix of outreach methods to ensure that your utility meets the Good Faith Delivery requirements as determined by your Primacy Agency.  This service may include a) posting online, b) posting in public places, c) delivering multiple copies of the CCR to single billed locations, and d) delivering to Community organizations.

Background: Regarding CCR delivery, the EPA specifies that “each CWS must make a ‘good faith effort’ to reach customers who do not receive water bills using other means”. This rule is further clarified by each primacy agency.

State CCR Certification

Gemini will complete the Primacy Agency CCR certification requirements on behalf of your water system.  We compile a final certification package using the data already generated through our other services—such as report preparation, hosting, mailing, and good faith delivery tracking.

Design Selection

Gemini offers two design templates that can be customized to your water system with photos, logos and other custom graphics.

Alternatively, Gemini can build fully custom report designs based on city/town style guides and any other creative guidance.

Printing Service

Gemini will professionally print and deliver the requested amount of CCR report copies to your water system’s office. We offer four printed formats: tri-fold brochures, bi-fold brochures, XL tri-fold brochures, and booklets.

Mailing Service

Gemini will mail professionally printed copies of your finalized CCR report directly to your customers. We can mail to a provided list of addresses or saturate a zip code(s).

Postcard Service

Gemini will deliver mailed professionally printed postcards directly to your customers, to ensure you meet the CCR Rule’s “Direct Delivery” requirement.
